Parts Deposit Policy When ordering specific parts for your scheduled service, a deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit secures the parts needed for your service and allows us to prepare for your appointment. Please note: Parts deposits are non-refundable if service is cancelled by the client. These deposits cover our costs for ordering, handling, and potentially restocking specialized components obtained specifically for your vehicle. Cancellation Policy
**Scheduling Requirements** - Minimum 24-hour advance booking required, - Same-day emergency service available with premium pricing, - 48-hour notice for complex repairs requiring special parts, - Online booking system with real-time availability, - Phone booking during business hours only. **Service Area & Travel** - Local service area radius is Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco counties, - Travel fees for distances beyond standard radius may apply (Marin, Solano, Santa Clara, San Mateo Counties). **Payment Policies** - Payment due upon completion of service, - Some services require a parts deposit prior to repairs, - Accepted payment methods: cash, card, digital payments with a discount offered for cash payment, - No personal checks accepted, - Cancellation within 24 hours forfeits deposit. **Customer Requirements** - Customer or authorized representative must be present for repair authorization, - Customer or authorized representative must provide vehicle access, including a key, - Valid contact information required for booking confirmation, - Accurate vehicle information needed (year, make, model, VIN), - Customer responsible for clearing workspace around vehicle, - Children/pets must be kept away from the service area during all repair work, - Adequate lighting required for evening appointments, if applicable, - Responsibility to ensure the service location provides safe and adequate access for conducting repair services and accessible parking location. **Weather & Environmental** - Service may be canceled or suspended during severe weather conditions, - Temperature restrictions for paint, adhesive, or fluid work, - Rescheduling policy for weather-related cancellations. **Liability & Access** - Customer assumes responsibility for vehicle security during service, - Photo documentation of pre-existing damage, - Property damage liability limitations, - Technician is not responsible for loss or damage articles left in vehicles. **Right to Refuse Service** We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, threatening behavior, or inappropriate conduct. Service may also be declined if the repair exceeds the agreed upon scope of services or our capabilities, or if the vehicle's condition or location poses any safety risks to our technician.
